Global kitchen and bathroom solutions manufacturer JOMOO Group Co., Ltd. is expanding its footprint with plans to open four more showrooms in the Philippines, driven by optimism about the local market’s potential for health-focused, energy-saving smart home technologies.

“Our goal for next year is expansion and for people to know more about the brand through our retail stores and also online. And definitely, you will be seeing more of the brand in the digital space,” JOMOO Philippines Marketing Manager Janna Diño said in an interview during the China-Philippines Media Tour of the Group’s headquarters here last week.

“Before the consumers purchase a product, they definitely do their research on social media, and it is something that we are expanding also. So recently, we launched our website, and in the long run, we will be available also on other e-commerce platforms.”

Diño said that building on its existing network –which includes a flagship showroom in Quezon City and showrooms in Clark and Mexico, Pampanga– the company has four more showrooms lined up to solidify its nationwide presence.

She said these include new locations in Makati City and Greenhills in San Juan, and one or two additional spots in either Bonifacio Global City or the Mall of Asia complex.

Looking ahead, JOMOO also aims to establish its presence outside Luzon.

“We have a partner distributor in Cebu, but we don’t have a physical store yet, like our own store. But hopefully by 2028, we will have our official stores in Cebu and Davao,” Diño added.

In addition to its dedicated showrooms, Diño said JOMOO is strengthening its retail presence across the country through partnerships with major home improvement centers and hardware retail chains, alongside strategic provincial distribution channels.

Diño said the expansion would drive job creation as the company ramps up its workforce across retail, sales, research and design, product management, and after-sales service teams to support the growing operations.

She said that despite the local market’s gradual adaptation to high-tech fixtures, the company is expanding in the Philippines as its diverse product portfolio can cater to all market segments.

“Filipino consumers also heavily consider the pricing and of course, the quality or the durability of a certain product. And what we are proud of here at JOMOO is that we cater to a lot of markets so, whether it be high-end, mid or lower-end, we have a specific product for that so we reach all markets or all categories or consumers,” she added.

Beyond versatile options, Diño said the brand aims to deliver long-term health and environmental benefits through automated, eco-friendly manufacturing and wellness innovations like antibacterial glazes and urinalysis-capable smart toilets.

“We are a green company and we value health also. So most of our factories are solar-powered and most of our products are produced by robots, so we are actually saving our manpower from any dangerous activities that usually happen in a factory,” she said.

JOMOO currently operates over 4,000 five-star customized stores and more than 50,000 sales outlets worldwide, with its products reaching over 30 countries and regions across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Oceania, and Africa. (PNA)
